Communications Manager – innovative, industry-leading maritime & logistics company

I have a really interesting opportunity for a Liverpool-based comms practitioner.

My client is a global leader in maritime and logistics, sitting at the forefront of innovation in the sector. It is looking to hire a Communications Manager to develop and implement the group comms strategy while enhancing the reputation of its brands in the UK.

It’s a role offering a huge amount of breadth: spanning internal comms and change management, media relations, external relations, social media and digital content, customer comms, government relations and some elements of advertising.

Whilst previous shipping or logistics sector experience would be welcomed it’s not essential. Really this is about finding a talented comms operator who can bring more visibility, both internally and externally, to a company that is doing fascinating, industry-leading work.
