Executive Communications Strategist – leadership comms for one of the world’s largest companies

I have been approached by one of the largest companies in the world, based in the Middle East, as they enter a major phase of growth and transformation. They are looking to make a number of senior corporate communications hires.

One of those roles is an Executive Communications Strategist, responsible for developing and managing the communication strategy and plan for the company’s executives and management, and helping them expand their reach and impact. Ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s corporate strategy and business objectives, and its communication strategy. You could equally refer to it as leadership communications.

The key is finding someone with expertise in translating business objectives into comms deliverables, specifically for senior executives. This will include ambassadorial strategies, advocacy, and local community engagement in key global markets. There is flexibility on the level of candidates, so if you are potentially interested I’d encourage you to have a conversation with me. However, I appreciate being vague never helps, so this as a rough guide they’re looking at 15+ years of experience in strategic communications.

The role offers exposure to truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none, addressing some of the world’s biggest technical, logistical and environmental challenges. I am therefore keen to speak to people, based in Europe, who bring experience working with C-suite executives in global, diversified organisations. Previous experience in the energy sector would be advantageous.

Candidates must be fluent in written and verbal English.

The roles comes with attractive salary and benefits packages, including housing and comprehensive relocation assistance where appropriate. This also includes generous support for family members, backed up by an exceptional standard of schooling.
